本日チームはオフ！
今日はクリスマス。昨日まで日本の年末の買い出しのようにごった返していた街は、日本の元旦のように静まりかえってます。毎回のことだけど、人少なっ。そしてほとんどの店が閉まってます。
A day off, and Merry Christmas! The town was busy with locals shopping for Christmas yesterday like year end in Japan, now it's so quiet like a New Year's day in Japan.
一部メンバーは、以前もお願いしたことのあるAndrewとミーティング。気象予報とレースのアドバイスをもらいました。まだ気象予報は明日になれば変わる可能性は高いけど、今年はなかなか速いレースになりそうです。2.5日かな？？
We had a meeting with Andrew who gives us weather forecast and advice. The forecast may change tomorrow again (as always), but this year the race will be the fast one.
Andrewは今回でシドニーホバート21回目！ラガマフィンにも乗ったことがあります。
そのうちフィニッシュしたのは16回だとか。
Andrew has done the Hobart race 21 times and completed 16 of them.
もう一度チームミーティング。Then team meeting based on the lates forecast.
もりもりさん不在の今回、ナビゲーターは高木さんです。
As we don't have Morimori, Takagi is our navigator this year.
そのあとはチームディナー。元々トランスパックでもハワイのチームディナーは中華（というかパンダ、という特定の店）と決まってたけど、シドニーホバートでもだいたいそんな感じです。海外で中華は安心できる！
とかいいながら蒲郡でもチームディナーはだいたい中華だけど。。。
Team dinner at a Chinese restaurant at the fish market. Yep, we always go to a Chinese restaurant for crew dinner in overseas. Don't know why but kinda know why. Maybe we can be always sure about the taste? Well, we also goes to a Chinese restaurant in Japan for crew dinner....
ソフトバンクチームの手伝いをしたときにシドニー在住のメンバーが教えてくれたレストラン。フィッシュマーケットの中にあってなんと365日営業してます。シドニーに関していえば、レース前日のクリスマスに営業しているのが中華くらいしかないってのも理由の一つかな。
Well the reason why we usually chose Chinese in Sydney is that only Chinese restaurants are open on the day before the start, Christmas. This restaurant we went opens for 365 days.
クルー1人ずつ意気込みを語り、改めて気持ちがレースモードになりました。
We each made a little speach on the race and that made all motivated once again.
明日いよいよスタートです。こちらの時間で13時、日本時間で11時です。
まずは、安全にフィニッシュすることを第一に、前回の成績より上を目指してチーム一同がんばります！
The start is 1300 tomorros here (1100 in Japan). Our primary goal is to complete the race safety first of all, then we also would like to do better than 2012.
ベンガルはディビジョン1なのですが、北、真ん中、南と３つあるスタートラインの真ん中のラインからのスタートとなります。今までは一番前（北）だったけど、マキシが増えたためか、先頭スタートではなくなりました。真ん中ラインはかなり艇数が多いので混戦のスタートになりそうです。
KLC Bengal7 is in the division1. We used to start at the North start line which is the front start, however, this year, we are starting at the middle start line (second one) which will have the biggest numbers of boats. Yep, the start will be exciting with a lot more boats around.
